COVEX ("we") finds and leases offices in Tashkent. This page explains what data we receive through covex.uz, why we need it and what you can do about it.

What data we receive

  • Form data: your name, phone number, company name and the text of your request, if you provide them.
  • Messenger enquiries: when you open WhatsApp or Telegram from a link on the site, a short enquiry code and the name of the property you viewed are added to the message.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the source of your visit (including ad tags), cookies and browser local storage entries.

Why we use it

  • To contact you about your request, find an office and arrange a viewing.
  • To understand which channel an enquiry came from and to make sure no request is lost.
  • To measure site traffic and advertising performance.

Which services are involved

  • Netlify: site hosting and the request log.
  • Telegram: a request from the site is delivered to the COVEX team work chat.
  • Yandex Metrica: visit statistics, including Session Replay (a recording of on-page actions: cursor movement, clicks, scrolling).
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram): tags that show which ads lead to enquiries. A hashed (SHA-256) phone number may be sent to Meta together with the request event.

These services process data under their own rules, and some of them store data on servers outside Uzbekistan.

When we arrange a viewing or prepare a lease, your contact details may be passed to the owner of the premises.

How long we keep data

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and perform the lease, or until you ask us to delete them. The enquiry code and visit source are stored in your browser for up to a year.

Cookies

Cookies and local storage remember your language, favourite offices and visit source, and let the analytics tags work. You can disable or clear them in your browser settings: the site keeps working, but favourites and language will not be saved.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. These rights are set out in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data". Write or call us using the contacts below.
